John Hardy offers complimentary returns and exchanges for all unworn jewelry within 30 days of the original purchase date. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all security tags intact and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original John Hardy box and protective pouch, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your drop-off receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our studio.
